Hi Everyone!
I'm new here so not sure if theres anything similar been posted.
DH and I have just started our first round of IVF  finally!
What I'm wanting to know is if any of you have any tips or tricks for me?
I am about a week into it now and just getting the hang of the injections but am really anxious about whats yet to come..

Hi Mrs MacGregor, I am sure you have chosen the experienced, specialized IVF clinic and the one for which you are most confident about choosing it because its first foremost important to feel comfortable with your doctor or clinic. Embryo transfer day remains a key hurdle for every IVF patient. On the day of your embryo transfer, the lab technicians will grade your embryos and select the most viable one/s for transfer. Though quick and easy, it could be stressful but please remember, mental tension definitely doesn’t do your fertility any favours, since being in chronic fight-or-flight mode can compromise the quality of your eggs. Don’t jump onto conclusions or take home pregnancy test before scheduled blood test. Continue eating a well balanced diet before and during IVF cycle. Don’t diet during treatment (losing 10% or more of your body weight can compromise the end result of your cycle). But do diet before if your BMI is greater than 30.
