I’ve been trying to build a morning routine that actually sticks — basic stuff like stretching, drinking water, and avoiding screens for the first 30 minutes. I usually last about four days, then skip one and lose all momentum. I feel like I need a little incentive system that gives me something to look forward to for staying consistent. Not talking about buying myself coffee every time, but maybe something digital that still feels like a reward. Has anyone found a trick that works?
