I am 30 years old and am just starting my fertility adventure.
I am on the sperm donor waiting list at Fertility Associates for IUI. I am not too sure about the waiting time as I am reading 3 years,sometimes 18 months.

I was wondering how I could use all that time to be well prepared when I will be able to have access to a donor. Are there books I can read, schedules I can make? What will be the best way to wait actively!?
