3rd ICSI cycle cancelled - finding it hard to move on

It's been a long long long journey to get this far.
1st cycle, hard to find left ovary but it was found and collected from in the end, 5 eggs collected, 1 fertilised, day 3 embryo transfer with negative pregnancy.

2nd cycle, couldn't find left ovary, 3 eggs collected from right ovary, 1 fertilised, day 3 embryo transfer with positive pregnancy, sadly ended in a miscarriage.

Found out I may have endometriosis, so decided to go ahead with surgery. I had stage 2 which isn't too bad but they cleaned it up for me, said this should improve success rates. Also said both ovaries were healthy.

3rd cycle, couldn't find left ovary STILL, which probably means it's not responding, only found 1 follicle on the right ovary mature enough, 1 other follicle was lacking way behind. So my cycled was cancelled.

Anyone had similar and had success after a cancelled cycle?

I'm Finding it hard to move on from this, anyone got any advice?

Just keep smiling.
I have no experience in IVF as I am 'too old' to conceive with my own eggs - my only option is egg donor eggs IVF... that is if we get enough $$ to support this...

Hiya Roxy, sorry to hear your sad news. I know of one person that had success after 2 unsuccessful attempts of IVF & one with ICSI. Did you ever been offered a natural/mild cycle IVF to give your egg the best chance? Obviously I am no expert but just wanted you to try all feasible available options.
You can also think of getting some supplements to improve quality and quantity of egg such as DHEA or Coq10, if you are not already. There could also be an issue of sperms, lab or dosages, just a thought. I do believe it will come right eventually; it just takes a long time for some of us! Those feelings will pass. Just try to look at it that, this was just not your cycle. It wasn’t meant to be.
