My husband and I have been married for 12 years and we have been trying to conceive for most of this time. TTC is meant to be fun and easy, our journey has been filled with pain and heartache. We have had countless rounds of IVF, miscarriages and we lost our precious daughter, who was stillborn due to a ruptured uterus. I am no longer able to carry any more pregnancies due to the health risk it poses to me and my unborn children.
We have jumped many hurdles to get here, with the help of a kind-hearted egg donor, we now have embryos. We are seeking the final piece of the puzzle – we are looking for that special person to be our gestational surrogate to help our dream become a reality.
