Hi everyone,
My partner and I are currently in the dreaded two-week wait after our first IUI, and honestly, I'm finding it incredibly tough. I'm trying to stay positive, but the anxiety is definitely creeping in. I find myself constantly analyzing every little twinge, wondering if it's a sign of something... or nothing at all.
I know this waiting period is a common experience for so many of us on this journey, and I was hoping to hear from others about what coping strategies you've found helpful during this time.
Specifically, I'm curious about practical things you did to distract yourself and manage your emotions. Did you find certain activities particularly helpful? Did you talk to someone specific, or avoid talking about it altogether? Were there any specific mindset shifts that helped you stay grounded?

Any advice or personal experiences you're willing to share would be greatly appreciated. Just trying to get through this with my sanity (somewhat) intact! Thanks in advance for your support.
