hi there I'm 25years of age and have been with my fiancé coming up 7 years now, we have been trying for the last five years we are both young and fertility doesn't seem to be an issue on either side so I'm hoping someone can shed some light on possible tips its been very hard for me to accept that maybe its just not going to happen I should also add I had the jadelle implant removed about two years ago as it was not pleasant side effects.
