Employers offering egg freezing

Family-friendly or anti-family?  The Daily Mail reports that Apple and Facebook are paying to freeze female employees' eggs.  Although this may improve women's chance of pregnancy success later in life, IVF is not a 'golden ticket', and there is no guarantee that those eggs will result in live birth.  Presumably, the employee would need to pay for IVF when she is ready to use her eggs.  However, conception is all about the age of the eggs, rather than the uterine environment, so using eggs which were preserved in late 20s or early 30s could improve chances dramatically when compared with trying to conceive naturally in late 30s or early 40s.  This is a controversial move by some major employers - what do you think about it?
