Surrogacy Review

The Law Commission is undertaking a review of surrogacy law. It has recently published the terms of reference for the review, Te Kōpū Whāngai: He Arotake | Review of Surrogacy.

 

The terms of reference are available at www.surrogacyreview.nz where people can learn more about the review, register for updates or get in touch. An issues paper will be published and formal submissions will be sought later this year. The paper will outline the issues with surrogacy law, regulation and practice, and explore potential options for reform.

 

We encourage you to get involved; and will provide updates as they come to hand.
